I cannot believe it's almost the end of January! WTF, how is time flying by so fast? I need it to slow down so my mind and body can catch up. Someone asked me what were my New Year's resolutions. Honestly, I didn't really have time to think about it. I decided instead of having only New Year's resolutions, I should just have life's resolutions: watch what I'm eating, be a good person, take care of my Dad and be happy. Enjoy life! Don't sweat the small stuff, stick to the basics, you can't go wrong.
Tho is it too much to ask for more? Lately, I've reaching out to my Mom and asking her what is her plan for me? I know something is brewing but don't know what she has in store for me. Been doing a lot of soul searching....it's hard work! Sometimes you just don't want to go there. Takes a lot of focus and deep thoughts. Which I'm not very good at. Plus there are some things you're not ready to cop to. At the same time, it's exciting to know that at 54 years old, you're never too old to learn something.
